In my role as a product manager, I led a cross-functional team on a major product launch for our unserved users. Here’s how I approached leading across the business with peers and stakeholders:

We have 2000 active customers in the first 6months
we executed 10,000 doctor’s consultation within first 6 months

By focusing on clear communication, active stakeholder engagement, collaborative leadership, and adaptability, I was able to lead the team effectively across the business, ensuring the successful launch of the product.






Stakeholder Engagement:
Initial Buy-In: Organised a kickoff meeting with all stakeholders to
present the product plan, goals, and timelines.
Securing initial buy-in helped align everyone's expectations and fostered a sense of ownership.
Ongoing Feedback: Created a feedback loop where stakeholders could voice their concerns and suggestions. This iterative process ensured the project remained aligned with their needs and priorities .
Problem-Solving Together: Encouraged a culture of collective problem-solving where team members felt comfortable sharing their ideas and solutions, enhancing innovation and teamwork .

Adaptability and Flexibility:
Responsive to Change: Stayed adaptable to changing circumstances by reassessing plans and making necessary adjustments. This flexibility helped manage uncertainties and maintain project momentum.
Continuous Improvement: Promoted a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to learn from experiences and refine processes accordingly .
