I believe recruiting is broken, people end up in jobs they hate, applicants have no idea if they’re rejected, Teams are rarely happy with their recruiting process, Internal coordination is painful. There are always last-minute interview changes, missing feedback forms, misplaced resumes, and dropped candidates due to unconscious bias. I personally have gone through several interviews within the last months experiencing all these issue.

Candidates ending up in roles they hate.
A lack of transparency for applicants, about compensation, time to hires, status and stages
Teams rarely feeling satisfied with their recruiting processes.
Painful internal coordination, with last-minute interview changes, missing feedback forms, misplaced resumes, and dropped candidates due to unconscious bias.
My favourite is recruiters calling with a private number during working hours.

My vision for the future is to help the right candidate do the job they love in the right organisation. achieving this involves creating a better hiring process with transparency, improving employee value proposition.
I believe the market is still employee market and the tool that has organisation rightly position the organisation will win the long term plan.

Hiring managers invest tons of time and energy into recruiting—on top of their day job— but are often unable to find and hire talent that meets their bar.
