Review all documents on Product deliverable and scope (Product vision, Product Strategy document and Product roadmap) Gain a deep understanding of the Current TRS, Microsoft Power Platform & requirement for the New Product Understand deliverables and Timeline Stakeholder Engagement/Communication Channels

Data Migration Strategy:
Work with the data migration team to develop a detailed plan for migrating data from the current TRS to the new system. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues that might impact the delivery of the MVP in Autumn 2024.
Support and Training Plan
Begin developing a support and training plan for internal and external users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Identify key areas where training will be required and start creating training materials.
