Priorities:

Project Familiarisation
Review all documents on Product deliverable and scope (Product vision, Product Strategy document and Product roadmap)
Gain a deep understanding of the Current TRS, Microsoft Power Platform & requirement for the New Product
Understand deliverables and Timeline
Stakeholder Engagement/Communication Channels
Establish a good relationship with key stakeholders including
Suppliers - {Requirements, deliverables and any blockers}
Internal teams - {Frustration with the current system and Expectation}
Internal Stakeholder - {Expectation and Business outcome}
Users: {Problems, frustration and Understand how they use the system}
Understand the different roles and current challenges.
Set up regular update meetings and communication channels to keep all parties informed of progress.
Use project management tools to track progress and blockers.
Develop a Success Metrics
Define clear success metrics (North star Metrics) for the MVP launch.
Establish a process for monitoring these metrics post-launch e.g tracking adoption and engagement

Data Migration Strategy:
Work with the data migration team to develop a detailed plan for migrating data from the current TRS to the new system.
Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues that might impact the delivery of the MVP in Autumn 2024.


Support and Training Plan
Begin developing a support and training plan for internal and external users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Identify key areas where training will be required and start creating training materials.
