SFDC + SaaSquatch

Background

Before I worked at SaaSquatch.com, I had never used .
Within the first year of my tenure there, I became the Support team’s Subject Matter Expert for our custom SFDC integration. As a Solutions Architect (Customer Implementations/Technical Onboarding), I acted as the primary technical contact for both installations of the SaaSquatch product suite and our many third-party integrations, including SFDC.
Below are a few samples of the guides I produced to assist with custom SFDC integrations, as well as to serve as documentation for the feature and its complex functionality.
