Background

While I have extensive experience with academic and professional writing,
SaaSquatch.com⁠
was my first run-in with the MarTech industry.

Within the few months, I dove in head first into all of our many complex, customizable features. I thought to myself, I need to know everything we have to offer to customers—so I can always find them the best solution. To do this, I took apart the product as much as possible; I ran stress-tests, read as many specs as I could find, and bugged the heck out of all of the developers with too many questions—all with the aim of understanding how things worked so I could teach someone else about them.

Below is an article I wrote at the request of my Director at the time, who wanted a guide summarizing the features available for our newly released update (”Growth Automation”).
