Background
Before I worked at SaaSquatch.com, I only had a surface-level understanding of JavaScript.
As a Solutions Architect (Customer Implementations/Technical Onboarding), I acted as the primary technical contact for both installations of the SaaSquatch product suite and our many APIs and SDKs, including . Below are a few samples of the guides I was involved heavily in writing, editing and reviewing for accuracy.
The following guides were composed based on our or provided Cucumber specs, as well as several independent UATs I performed in order to understand the features fully.
