Organizing Human Effort - From Alienation to Synergy
Our future - our very survival - will depend on how quickly and effectively we can engage truly collaborative ways of organizing human effort- effective processes, protocols and architectures for achieving synergy of mind, heart and activity as a human family. Our capacity to engage in collective sense making, collective storytelling , collective inspiration making, collective intelligence and synergistically coordinated effort will determine whether we can meet the challenges at hand and step into our next phase of human evolution.
A new way of organizing and synergizing human effort is emerging - one that transcends but includes the present ways that humans organize themselves - one that does not rely on legal structures to be the primary holder of trust, process or participation - one that is applicable at any scale and is inherently interoperable with others operating in a similar pattern.
