Pillars of Product Management

megaphone

These three pillars are what define and influence my process. These are the fundamentals that determine whether or not a product will be successful.

Foundations

Risks are tacked up front, rather than at the end.
Products are defined and designed collaboratively, rather than sequentially.
It’s all about solving problems, not implemented features.

Strategy

Proactive, solution oriented product strategy. Rather than spending my time putting out fires or reactive to competitors, I strive to create a strategy where we as an organization are proactive.
