To make sure you don’t miss anything, here’s a step-by-step roadmap to follow:

Define your avatar, and how you’ll help them

Give your community a name, description, and logo/banner

Write a simple, enticing welcome post

Use warm and cold outreach to get your first handful of members

Publish free content inside your community (and re-post elsewhere) to provide value to your existing members and drive more signups

Create a done for you solution to the problem that your community is built around (you can move on to higher-leverage vehicles later)

Always fulfil your promises, overdeliver as much as possible, and only sell the clients that you’re confident you can help

If you follow these steps, and have some persistence, then I pity anyone who stands in your way.
