Before Arriving:
Message the Performant WhatsApp group 30 minutes before arrival.
Collect restocking items at pickup location if needed (Amazon, GoPuff, etc)
Set up camera equipment making sure you’re ready to record on arrival
Wear the backpack.
Start the livestream.
On Arrival:
Check in with the operator sending a message to the Performant WhatsApp group
This message serves as the start of the billing time for the client so it needs to be sent as soon as you arrive
Check in to the job on Jobber (consider using GPS for this).
Inform the operator on the Performant WhatsApp group of any laundry to be collected, specifying sizes. For example:
2 Double Bed Sheet
2 King Size Duvet Cover
4 Pillow Cases
8 Bath Towels
4 Hand Towels
2 Bath Mats
Record “Before” Video:
Start from the outer door and record a walkthrough of each room (2-3 minutes).
Record in landscape orientation.
Ensure all footage is taken from roughly the same position.
Take “Before” Pictures:
Take a picture of each room.
Record in landscape orientation.
Ensure all pictures are taken from roughly the same position.
Send all the pictures and videos with the Operator in the Performant WhatsApp Group
This reduces the operator's workload at the end of the cleaning session and aids in organization.
Begin Cleaning,
Start following the checklist and address any additional requests as needed.
During The Clean
Take note of any damages or potential maintenance issues and take a photo of it.
After The Clean
Take inventory of the following items:
Current unused linen stock, for example:
2 Double Bed Sheets (1 in use)
1 Pillow Case (4 in use)
0 Bath Mats (1 in use)
Current cleaning supplies, for example:
1/2 bottle of all-purpose spray
2 bottles of glass cleaner
1 bottle of bleach
3 bottles of floor cleaner
Current Airbnb toiletries and other items (dependent on each property), for example:
4 toilet rolls (running low, need to restock on next visit)
0 kitchen rolls (need to restock now)
Record “After” Video:
Start from the outer door and record a walkthrough of each room (2-3 minutes).

Take “After” Pictures:
Take a picture of each room.
Record in landscape orientation.
Ensure all pictures are taken from roughly the same position.
Send all the pictures and videos to the Performant WhatsApp Group for your operator's reference.
Return the keys to the key safe
Check out with the operator sending a message to the Performant WhatsApp group:
This message marks the end of the billing time for the client and should be sent upon departure.
