On Arrival:

Clock in via Jobber.

Take pictures of each room in landscape orientation and record a video walkthrough.

Check if there are enough toilet rolls (minimum 4) and kitchen rolls (minimum 2). Notify immediately if stock is low.

Remove linen for collection and message the WhatsApp group confirming the amount of linen to be collected.

Send all BEFORE pictures and videos to the Performant Cleaning WhatsApp.

During the Clean:

Note any obvious maintenance issues.

After the Cleaning:

Take pictures of each room in landscape orientation and record a video walkthrough.

Take inventory of the following items:

Number of toilet rolls

Number of kitchen rolls

Check if the hairdryer is present

Amount of dishwasher tablets (full/half-full/almost empty)

Amount of laundry washing pods (full/half-full/almost empty)

Amount of hand wash (e.g. 1 and a half bottles)

Take inventory of linen:

Note: 1 Bed Set = 2 Pillowcases, 1 Duvet Cover, 1 Bed Sheet, 2 Towels

Record the amount of spare (not in use) bed sets, extra pillowcases, and towels.

Send all AFTER pictures and videos to the Performant Cleaning WhatsApp.
