Owner’s Requests:

Sofa bed: Use the mattress protector when the sofa bed is needed.

Ensure 5 hangers are provided in the wardrobe.

Lay out 2 biscuits on the living room coffee table.

Only leave 2 toilet rolls in the main bathroom (1 in use and 1 spare).

Only leave 2 coffee pods for guests and store the rest in the storage cupboard.

Ensure 1 washing up pod is in the cupboard below the coffee machine.

On Arrival:

Clock in via Jobber.

Take pictures of each room in landscape orientation and record a video walkthrough.

Check toilet roll and kitchen roll stock (minimum 4 toilet rolls and 2 kitchen rolls). Notify immediately if stock is low.

Remove linen for collection and message the WhatsApp group with the amount of linen to be collected.

Send all BEFORE pictures and videos to the Performant Cleaning WhatsApp.

During the Clean:

Note any obvious maintenance issues.

After the Cleaning:

Take pictures of each room in landscape orientation and record a video walkthrough.

Take inventory of the following items:

1 washing up liquid

1 dish cleaning sponge

1 surface wiping sponge

1 microfibre cloth

1 washing machine tablet

1 black bin bag

1 recycling bin bag

2 coffee pods

2 kitchen rolls

Take inventory of linen:

Note: 1 Bed Set = 2 Pillowcases, 1 Duvet Cover, 1 Bed Sheet, 2 Towels

Record the amount of spare (not in use) bed sets, extra pillowcases, and towels.

Send all AFTER pictures and videos to the Performant Cleaning WhatsApp.
