Opportunity

What prompted this initiative? Why is this opportunity or problem worth prioritizing today?

Most typically want to engage with programs as they know that this is the shortest path to seeing results. Most members start off interested in programs. But, that engagement gradually declines as a member matures.
This is an opportunity as members that primarily engage with program content have the lowest overall churn.
In our NPS survey, we see many members requesting program recommendations that are more personalized and contextual.
If we are able to get more members continuing to engage with programs, then we may be able to increase engagement and retention levels on Tonal.
