Working hours

For seamless communication, we can connect via email, Skype, Slack, Messenger or Telegram. My response time is usually within 2 hours, except on weekends. If there is a need for weekend or holiday work, I will discuss it with you in advance and plan accordingly.

Scheduled Calls

We can arrange regular phone or video calls through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet to review project progress and have real-time discussions. These meetings will be scheduled at times that work best for both of us and can take place weekly or as needed.

How quickly will tasks be completed ?

Timeliness is a priority for me, so I always aim to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality. The exact turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity of the task, but I generally strive to complete most tasks within 24-48 hours. For more involved projects, I’ll provide an estimated timeline upfront so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any urgent requests, just let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate them!

How do I know my data is safe & secure?

Your data's security and privacy are top priorities for me. I use secure platforms (such as LastPass, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack & Zoom.) and follow best practices to ensure that all your information is protected. Access to your data is strictly limited and handled with the utmost care. Additionally, any sensitive information you share is stored securely and only used for the purposes we agree upon.

How are hours tracked?

I track hours using reliable time management tools like Toggl & Clockify which accurately log the time spent on each task. This allows me to provide detailed reports, so you can see exactly how your hours are being utilized. If you ever want to review the time logs or have specific preferences for how hours should be tracked, I’m happy to accommodate!

What’s your availability on a day-to-day basis?

I'm typically available during the following times (Philippine Time Zone):
Monday: 9 AM to 12 AM Midnight
Tuesday: 3 PM to 12 AM Midnight
Wednesday: 9 AM to 1 PM & 9 PM to 12 AM Midnight
Thursday: 3 PM to 12 AM Midnight
Friday: 9 AM to 12 AM Midnight
Saturday: 3 PM to 12 AM Midnight
Sunday: 3 PM to 12 AM Midnight

During these hours, I’m actively managing tasks, responding to messages, and available for meetings. If you need to reach me outside of these times, feel free to send a message, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
