DB Job Application Inbox

For published forms we use a separate table that’s disconnected from the main database.

This is done for security reasons (to avoid

leaking actual data⁠

the number of submissions⁠

) and to keep the database clean.

There is an automation that moves rows from this inbox table into

DB Job Applications⁠

shortly after submitting. The rows here should then be deleted; if this didn’t happen this means something failed.

Instructions

For the table below (

DB Job Application Inbox⁠

) publish the form

Edit the form and adjust where needed. E.g., make CV mandatory (it’s not for the demo)

Otherwise it’s already set up. You just need to publish it and make sure the two Privacy Settings toggles are on: Allow submissions and Include hidden columns for URL parameters.
