Use this interface to quickly generate and send rejection letters to many candidates, minimum effort, with a few clicks

To adjust individual candidate’s inputs, click the Adjust button

To generate a different rejection letter, move your mouse over the Rejection letter cell and click the now visible Refresh button

After that, you can send out all emails in one click, and then hide the candidates from this list
