From time to time, we may need to modify or cancel a package that has already been added to an exhibitor record. This can be done by:
Best practice is to first unpublish the exhibitor record in RainFocus. Uncheck the “Exhibitor Published?” attribute and click submit.
After that, navigate to the Orders page and check the box for the row of the package you want to modify or cancel. After selecting the package(s) you’ll see some buttons become active. To cancel the order click “Cancel Orders”.
You’ll see a new modal pop up. Make sure you uncheck “Send cancellation email” (since we aren’t tracking this in RF), add notes, and click Submit.
At this point the package should be cancelled. You can verify the cancellation by checking to make sure the package is no longer showing in the Orders page. You will also notice the “Sponsorship Level” will now clear out (until you add another package).
