Publishing Sponsors to Showcase

As part of the digital website and mobile app, we will display sponsor logos, descriptions, and redirects to the website for attendees to see. In order for this to happen, the sponsor needs to:
System Requirements
Have their “Exhibitor Status” attribute set to “Approved”
Have the “Exhibitor Published?” attribute checked.
Additional Requirements not Upheld by the System:
Exhibitor has uploaded approved logo
Exhibitor has updated description
Exhibitor has provided company URL

The system requirements above are the only things that RainFocus needs for it to actually publish. However we need to make sure the additional requirements listed above are received before publishing.
