Surveys

Summary: The survey dashboard is a list view page which consists of the users available Surveys as well as the surveys they have completed.

Surveys are pushed to the attendee once the onsite session is attended or when the attendee has watched 10% of the digital video session.

Onsite attendees can find their surveys within the mobile app under the More section

Digital attendees can access their survey dashboard via the Home page of the Digital Experience.

Once the user completes a survey, the survey will move to the completed survey section. Once a survey is moved to the completed section, then it becomes read only and no updates can be made to the survey.

Naming convention

There are 3 types of surveys. The naming convention for each are as follows

Session: The title of the session is what the survey will be named and displayed as in the survey list. The name will also contain the Session Code.

Attendee: The title provided while creating the survey is what will be displayed

Meeting: The title of the meeting is what the name of the survey will be displayed as. The name will also contain the session code.
