Session Scanning Ideology
Allow for attendees to be scanned completely touch-less in all scenarios
Allow for attendees to “self-scan” via the Mobile App or other methods
Track attendance into sessions or various other events
Provide Access Control where needed based upon Event requirements
Equipment Used
iPad Mini (4th generation or newer)
Tower to hold iPad and allow for rotation
Backup battery pack to ensure full day use
Phones utilized as backup or fill-in as necessary
Requirements to Execute
Reliable WiFi network (5ghz) on a hidden SSID if possible
Ambassador Staff at each Tower Drop to support any escalations
Scanning Options
Open (Monitoring)
Will let anyone in as long as they have a valid and active badge ID

Only those that can attend (via Access Rules) are permitted in
If you do not have the rule allowing access, you are always shown Red

First Come, First Serve
If you Reserved your seat in this session, you have priority upon entry
If there is Empty Space that isn’t reserved, it is First Come First Serve as long as the attendee has the correct rule
At “x” minutes before session start, any reserved seats not claimed are lifted to any attendee
