The many-to-many feature gives the event organizer the ability to automatically give all participants presenter mode as they join the event. This means attendees will automatically have the ability to turn on their video and mic when they join.

How does it work?

During event creation, when you select Bevy Virtual as your Virtual Event Platform, a new tick box will appear that says “Automatically enable audio & video for all attendees upon entry” By selecting this, all attendees will automatically have video and audio enabled upon entry into the event.

Important to know:

When the many-to-many feature is turned on, there is an automatic limit put on your RSVPs. You can only have 50 people RSVP to the event. With this box ticked, once you reach 50 RSVPs, the registration for your event will close (no waitlist).

If you change your mind, and your event is already published, you CAN turn on and off the many-to-many feature even when your event is published. You CAN NOT turn the feature back on if you have more than 50 RSVPs.
