Bevy Organizer App

The Bevy Organizer App allows meeting leaders to manage in-person attendees, scan QR codes and check people in. QR codes are included in the attendee’s ticket confirmation email. You may also manually add attendees within the organizer app.

How to use the Bevy Organizer app:

In the app store (iOS or Android), download the Bevy Organizer App.

2. Once downloaded, type in the community URL.

3. Next, sign in using your Splunk or Bevy account.

4. After you’ve signed in, select the event you are checking attendees in for.

5. After you’ve selected the event, you will see the list of members who have RSVP’d.

6. In the top right hand corner, you’ll see three icons. Follow the steps to check in.
The icon to the left is to sort attendees by First Name, Last Name, or Purchase Date
The middle icon is to manually add an attendee
The icon to the right is to simply scan the QR code of the attendee. This can be located in their ticket confirmation email.
