This table can serve as a sprint planning tool for a Development team’s scrum process. It lists out each component that they’ll tackle in each sprint, and allows them to update that component’s status as it becomes ready for review and/or refinement by Product and Dev.
Each component can be linked to a Jira ticket, then have its “Stage” column update according to the project’s workflow, if desired.
