Feedback Coms:

Test files Upload on Pen pencil:
The Test CSV file, containing the combined responses from all test centres, will be uploaded on the Pen Pencil Admin Portal. This file is the same one that the test coordinator is required to upload on Monday. The processing of this uploaded file will be carried out by the Central team responsible for managing the assessment data.

T-4 Days:

Seating Arrangements:
The Center analyst will take charge of organizing the seating arrangements, and these arrangements will be uploaded on the same sheet utilized for City Communications (City Coms). All data collected from various sources will be compiled into a single sheet. Using this comprehensive sheet, communication concerning seating arrangements and other pertinent details will be efficiently sent to students through WhatsApp.
Facilitating communication through respective centers will provide students with precise information, including the exact time, location, room number, and other relevant details. This approach ensures that students can conveniently access all the necessary information from their respective centers, making the process smoother and more accessible for them.
Result Summary Share:
After the test results have been processed and finalised, a summarized version of the results will be prepared. This summary will provide an overview of the test outcomes, such as overall performance metrics, average scores, and any relevant statistical data. This summary will then be distributed to all the test centers. The centers have two options for how they can use this information:
Display on Notice Boards: The centers may choose to display the summarized results on their notice boards. This enables all students, teachers, and other stakeholders at the center to easily access and review the collective performance of the test-takers. Displaying the results on notice boards promotes transparency and allows for a quick comparison of individual scores with the overall performance of the group.
Record Keeping: Alternatively, the centers can keep a record of the summarized results for their own documentation and reference purposes. Maintaining these records can be beneficial for future assessments, academic analysis, and benchmarking against subsequent test results.
Overall, the distribution of the summarized results to all the centers ensures that the relevant stakeholders are informed about the outcomes of the test. This promotes accountability, facilitates data-driven decision-making, and encourages continuous improvement in the educational process.
Results Communication to Parents:
The results of the test will be sent to the parents' mobile numbers. This step allows for effective and timely communication with the parents regarding their child's performance in the examination. By receiving the test results on their mobile phones, parents can stay informed about their child's academic progress and take necessary actions to support their learning journey. It also fosters transparency between the educational institution and parents, promoting a collaborative approach towards the student's education.

T-3 Days:

Exam Reminder:
The BM Team will initiate the notification process for [Exam_Reminder] in all the eligible batches. This notification will serve as a reminder to the students in those batches about the upcoming exams, ensuring that they are well-informed and prepared for the assessment.

T-2 Days:

Test Paper Upload on Drive:
The Test Paper should be uploaded to the Drive at least 2 days before the scheduled test date. This allows sufficient time for the test coordinators to carry out any further necessary processes or preparations before the actual examination. Timely uploading of the test paper ensures smooth coordination and organisation of the assessment process. This will be Uploaded by the BM Team. This Process will fully be monitor by the Regional SPOC.

T-1 Days:

Question Paper Printing and OMR Printing:
As per the mentioned standards, OMR sheets should be printed for the test, along with the printing of the question papers.
Printing the OMR sheets and question papers accurately and in accordance with the established standards is essential for conducting a fair and reliable examination. Properly printed OMR sheets enable students to mark their answers accurately, and well-printed question papers ensure that the questions are legible and easily understandable for the test-takers. This adherence to printing standards contributes to the overall effectiveness and integrity of the testing process.

T-0 Days:

The test will be conducted by each center at the given time. During the examination, attendance records of the students should be diligently updated to ensure accurate documentation of test participation.
Additionally, the OMR sheets, containing the student responses, need to be promptly uploaded to the designated Drive after the completion of the test. This process ensures proper data management and facilitates further analysis and evaluation of the test results.
