2.1. Offline Center Enrollments

Description: Students can visit our designated offline enrollment centers to register for the AITS program. These centers are strategically located across different regions for ease of access.

Steps for Offline Center Enrollment:

Locate the nearest AITS offline enrollment center.

Visit the center in person during their operational hours.

Fill out the enrollment form provided at the center.

Pay the registration fee (if applicable) through cash, check, or any accepted payment method at the center.

Receive a unique registration ID and test schedule from the center staff.

Confirmation of enrollment will be provided immediately.

2.2. Enrollments Through Batch

Description: Students can enroll in the AITS program through the Physics Wallah (PW) app by joining designated AITS batches, which offer the flexibility to choose between online and offline test options. This method streamlines the enrollment process for students using the PW app.

Steps for Enrollments Through Batch Using the Physics Wallah (PW) App:

1. Students can log in to their Physics Wallah (PW) app accounts. 2. Navigate to the "Batches" section within the app. 3. Inside the "Batches" section, students will find a list of AITS batches available for enrollment. 4. Each batch will be labeled with "Online" or "Offline" to indicate the test mode (students can choose accordingly). 5. Select the desired AITS batch name that corresponds to their preferred test mode (online or offline). 6. Complete the enrollment process by providing the necessary details within the app. 7. Confirm the batch enrollment.

2.3. Test Series on APP

Enrolling for the AITS program through the mobile application (APP) offers students a convenient and digital enrollment experience. This method is available both online and offline.

2.3.1. Online Mode

Description: Students can enroll in the AITS program directly through the official AITS mobile application (APP) in an online mode.

Steps for Online Mode Enrollment Through APP:

Download and install the official AITS mobile application. Register for an account or log in if already registered. Navigate to the AITS program section. Complete the enrollment form online, providing the required details. Pay the registration fee securely through the APP's integrated payment gateway. Receive a unique registration ID and test schedule in the APP.

2.3.2. Offline Mode

Steps for Offline Mode Enrollment through Test Series Section on PW Live Website:

Visit the official PW Live website.

Navigate to the "Test Series" section.

Select the AITS program from the available options.

Choose "Offline Mode" when prompted.

Pay the registration fee securely through the integrated payment gateway on the PW Live website.

Your offline enrollment will be successfully completed, and you will receive a unique registration ID and test schedule.

6. Data, including reg_no, securely stored in the database.

7. Student receives reg_no and batch assignment.

This streamlined process ensures efficient enrollment for center-based registrations.

Description: Students purchasing AITS batches through the Physics Wallah (PW) app.

Enrollment Flow:

1. Students buy AITS batches through the app.

2. App data is periodically fetched and sent to ERP.

3. ERP assigns unique registration numbers (reg_no) based on batch choice.

4. Data, including reg_no, is stored in the database.

This streamlined flow ensures efficient enrollment for app-based batch purchases.

3.Enrollment's through Test series Section.

Online Mode and Offline Mode Enrollment

Description: For students purchasing AITS test series online through the app.

Enrollment Flow:

Students buy AITS test series through the app.

Enrollment data is initially stored in the database.

Periodically, the data is sent to ERP for reg_no allocation.

ERP assigns unique registration numbers (reg_no) to students.

The enrollment data, including reg_no, is updated in the database, specifically in the "offline_students_humming" table.

This streamlined process ensures efficient enrollment for both online and offline mode students who purchase AITS test series through the app.

4.Test Conduction:

Test Modes: Online and Offline

Description: The AITS program offers two test modes, online and offline, each with similar start times.

Test Mode Details:

Online Test Mode:

Students taking the online test will access it via the app or website.

The online test will start at a predetermined time, as per the program schedule.

Participants can attempt the test remotely from their preferred locations.

Offline Test Mode:

Students enrolled for the offline test will appear for it at designated physical centers.

The offline test will also commence at a specified time, synchronized across all centers.

This arrangement ensures that both online and offline test modes have their designated start times, allowing students to prepare accordingly and participate in the AITS program as per their chosen mode.

5.Results

1.AITS-2024 Test Category

Description: A new test category named AITS-2024 will be introduced, featuring both Online and Offline modes.

2.Test Category Details:

AITS-2024 will encompass both Online and Offline modes for student participation.

3.AITS Batch Attachment

Description: AITS-2024 test category will be associated with AITS batch so that the students will be able to see all the test in there app test section.

Result Processing

Description: Results will be processed by the Center Analysts for VP students and by the Central Team for students on the Pathshala platform.

Result Processing Details:

Center Analysts will handle result processing for VP students.

Results will be pushed to the PenPencil platform for further access and analysis.

Central Team will process results for students on the Pathshala platform.

Result Declaration

Description: Results of both Online and Offline students will be simultaneously displayed during result declaration.

Result Declaration Details:

Results for both Online and Offline students will be made available simultaneously, ensuring equal access and transparency in result disclosure.
