Introduction:

The D2 program, where 'D2' stands for Doubt, is designed to create an immersive learning experience for our students. We understand that doubts can sometimes be stumbling blocks on your path to mastering concepts. With D2, you hold the advantage of personalized doubt resolution and interaction. When you enrol in the D2 program, you gain the privilege of visiting our PW centers and engaging with our dedicated mentors. Whether it's a tricky equation, a complex theory, or a puzzling concept, our mentors are here to guide you through. You can ask questions, seek clarifications, and receive tailored explanations to ensure your doubts are addressed comprehensively. But that's not all! Alongside doubt resolution, D2 students are also invited to participate in a variety of tests to gauge their understanding and progress.
The T2 program, where 'T2' represents Test Series, is designed for those who wish to put their knowledge to the test and measure their progress. As a T2 student, you gain access to a series of carefully crafted tests that assess your comprehension and mastery of various subjects. These tests provide a comprehensive evaluation of your knowledge and help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement. While T2 students do not have the option to visit PW centers for doubt resolution, they still benefit from an array of testing opportunities that refine their skills and enhance their learning journey.

Test Planning

The test will take place at the designated centre according to the predetermined schedule. The timings for the test are fixed and will not be subject to change. This ensures that all participants are aware of the specific time they need to be present for the test.
Test Syllabus Announcement: Six days before the scheduled test date, the organization responsible for conducting the test will initiate the process of announcing the test syllabus. This step is crucial as it provides participants with the necessary information about what topics and subjects will be covered in the upcoming test. The test syllabus serves as a guideline for participants to focus their preparation efforts effectively.

Test Preparations

Preparing for tests is an integral part of your learning journey at Placeholder Widgets (PW) centers. Our meticulous test preparation process ensures that you have a conducive environment for testing and that your experience is consistent and fair across all centers. This process involves various steps, including OMR printing, question paper preparation, and timely coordination.
1. Question Paper Preparation: One Day Prior
A key element of our test preparation process is the careful crafting of question papers. These papers are designed to evaluate your understanding and knowledge across different subject areas. Question paper creation is undertaken one day prior to the scheduled test date to allow for a comprehensive review and verification process. Our dedicated content team ensures that the questions are well-structured, relevant to the curriculum, and appropriately challenging.
2. OMR Printing and Assembly
OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheets are used for answer sheet submissions during tests. The responsibility of OMR printing and assembly lies with the test coordinator of each respective center. They ensure that the OMR sheets are accurately printed, organized, and readily available for distribution to students on the test day.

Test Execution

OMR Processing and Upload:

Following the completion of the test, the test coordinator will be responsible for processing the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets. Once processed, the OMR data will be uploaded to a designated Drive or storage location. This step is crucial to ensure the accurate capture of participants' answers for further processing.
The OMR is processed using the Scanner which is available at the centre below is the image of how it looks like. This is the responsibility of individual centres to scan the OMR and upload it in Respective Drives Provided.

Results Processing:

A designated person will be assigned the responsibility of collecting the OMR data from the Drive. This individual will then process the collected data to generate the test results. It's important to note that this process needs to be completed by the end of the T+1 day, which refers to the day after the test.

EVAL Result Processing

EVAL OMR software is a sophisticated Optical Mark Recognition tool designed to streamline the data capture and analysis process. OMR technology involves the detection of marked areas, such as checkboxes or bubbles, on printed forms, and translating them into digital data for analysis. This software is particularly valuable in scenarios where large volumes of data need to be processed accurately and efficiently, such as assessments, surveys, and tests.

Result Upload

After each test concludes, the test coordinators play a pivotal role by uploading CSV files containing student responses onto the designated Drive. These files encompass the comprehensive collection of results and answers from the students. Subsequently, this data undergoes a consolidation process to create a unified dataset. The responses are then systematically categorised by their respective courses, facilitating focused analysis.

Results Consolidation and Summary:

Once the result processing phase is completed, the analyst receives a consolidated file encompassing results from all courses. This consolidated file serves as the basis for uploading results onto the admin portal. The following steps outline the necessary preparations before the upload:
Obtaining Phone Numbers Using Registration Numbers:
Utilizing registration numbers, the analyst acquires corresponding phone numbers.
A prepared sheet provides the necessary mapping between registration numbers and associated phone numbers.
Accessing Phone Numbers via Prepared Sheet:
A pre-existing sheet contains the vital link between registration numbers and respective phone numbers.
This sheet facilitates the retrieval of accurate phone numbers to streamline the upload process.
Compilation of Question-Wise Responses:
Student question-wise responses are copied into a separate file.
Integration with Phone Numbers:
The compiled CSV file containing question-wise responses is matched with the corresponding phone numbers obtained earlier.
This integrated file merges question responses with student identification.
Upload to Pen Pencil Portal:
The final integrated file, featuring both question-wise responses and associated phone numbers, is ready for upload.
This consolidated file is uploaded onto the Pen Pencil portal, thereby populating the admin portal with accurate and comprehensive results.

Results Display:

Participants will be able to access their individual test results through the designated app. These results will be made available by Wednesday, giving participants timely access to their performance feedback. This prompt dissemination of results helps maintain transparency and allows participants to track their progress.
The results will be displayed on the app of student below is the image how it will look in app.
