🚨 Within our partnership agreement, you are to notify Seniorly of a family move-in within 1 Business day. Please communicate by using the “Won” stage.
Won Stage: Resident has moved into a community you referred or has taken financial possession.
When updating the stage to WON, you will be asked to enter in the following details:
Community’s Name - if the community name does not pop up after you type it, you can scroll down and “create” it. Resident’s Care Level - choose the most appropriate/closest one Monthly Fees - 💡If you don’t know the monthly fees at the time of updating stage, input “$0” as resident amount and update this later. Your Community Referral Fee - you can choose either a percentage or flat fee depending on your contract with the community. If you have a flat fee agreement, you still must include the actual Resident's monthly fees (rent + care) that the community is charging. Resident’s First & Last Name Room Type - for example: suite, shared bedroom, private bedroom. If their room type is not listed, choose the closet option. 2nd Person Fee checkbox - you will want to check this if the monthly fees you’ve inputted include two people. For example, if a resident moved in with a partner.

Respite Moves
Please note if family is a respite move. You will still need to identify the stage at “Won.” Add a note with expected stay or plan Our team will continue to follow up after respite to see if family has moved in as a long term. We will adjust or add an additional invoice depending on your move in fees.
