Messages

Families will receive an automated text message on your behalf when they sign up on . The message will introduce you as their agent and request a time to speak with the family.

When the family responds, you'll receive an app notification and can communicate with the family directly from the app or desktop.
All messages and conversations will appear in a new 'Messages' tab on both app and desktop. From here, you can see all your conversations with each family and any unread messages.

How the text looks to the lead:

Messages are separated by Active, Closed, and Seniorly

Active: Any open leads in New, Prospects, or Connected stages
Closed: Closed, Won, or Rejected leads
Seniorly:
Seniorly Support: Message the Support team with any questions, concerns, feedback. We will also direct message you here
Seniorly Announcements: Messages from the Seniorly team to all partners
