When updating the stage to FCMR, you will be asked to enter in the expected move-in date and the community’s name. If the community name does not pop up after you type it, you can scroll down and “create” it.

Please note that once the estimated move-in date that was inputted has passed, you will receive automated reminders from our team. You will need to update the estimated move in date if the family has not yet moved in and the initial date has passed.

🚨 Within our partnership agreement, you are to notify Seniorly of a family move-in within 1 Business day. “Won” Stage should be used.
