Closed Reason Codes

The Closed Stage is used when you are not successful in placing the family in a community and receiving a referral fee. Closing families will require you to select a reason code. The explanations for the reason codes are below.
Although, we have provided several closed reasons, you do not have to close your leads. Our top performing partners build their pipeline and work the long term searcher. Unresponsive leads sometimes respond after a week or two, SNF leads might need to find assisted living after they’ve completed rehab, and early or long term researchers can be put On Pause instead (see for more information).
You can always reopen a closed lead. In the CRM, navigate to the “Closed” tab on your families. You can search for a name, click on the family, and update their stage from Closed to Discussing Options, Active Tours, etc to get them moved back into your active pipeline.
🚨 If a family does return back to you after you have closed the lead, you are still required to report active and/or move ins under our partnership agreement.
