Adding Notes

Please document notes in the CRM using the “add note” button for each family. This helps you (and Seniorly) keep track of your progress/conversation and is easy to reference each family.

💡 Our team also looks at notes when looking for move-in information or timelines, or invoice updates.

Example notes:

Texted briefly, going to call me next week
Sent intro email
Spoke with Mary, she’s looking for Memory Care for her 91 year old mom in Santa Barbara. Referring her to a few communities and sending information on in-home care
Texted with Mary. Sister in SF, board and care placement. Sending email with resources and recommendations. We will talk again on Friday
Spoke with Mary this morning, taking her on tours tomorrow
Mary moved into the community on a respite stage for 30 days. This could be a long term move and I’ll follow up soon with the property owner.

📱On the SeniorlyHQ app:

Click on the lead you would like to add a note to
Using the tabs at the top, navigate to ‘Notes’
Click Add Note, use the box to type what you would like to add, then hit “Save Note”
