Recruiting students and creating interest at the beginning of the semester is crucial to growing your IJM chapter.
It is important that people who are interested know who International Justice Mission is, what your club does and how they can get involved. Although recruiting can happen throughout the semester, you will want to take advantage of the high interest in clubs at the start of the semester.
