How we run Feedmont

Automated Welcome Emails

After setting up the google forms, add the

Email Notifications for Google Forms⁠

extension

Follow the tutorial to add automated welcome emails for people who sign up

Matching

People are matched manually from the spreadsheets by administrators

Pairs are matched by preferred grocery stores and proximity

Once Matched

email⁠

is sent to the volunteer that has all of the information of the at-risk individual

If the volunteers preferred method of contact is texting, we send them this

message⁠

⁠

Spreadsheet Tracking

All of the grocery purchases are tracked in a spreadsheet

When the volunteer delivers the groceries, they should send you a photo of their receipt

Once you receive the photo, enter the grocery amount into the spreadsheet next to the corresponding shopper. (For reference at the time of writing this Feedmont has had over $7000 worth of deliveries)
