Thank you for signing up for Feedmont! We really appreciate your support in making this time a little easier for our neighbors in need. Within the next week or so, we will match you with a community member who has requested assistance picking up groceries and/or toiletries.
How Feedmont works:
We will be in touch shortly to assign you a match. Our email will include all the necessary information about your match, including: name, preferred grocery store, preferred mode of communication, contact information, home address, and preferred method of payment. We will do our best to match you to someone who has the same grocery store preference as you.
When you receive our email, please reach out to your match within 24 hours in the manner that they have requested.
Once your match has responded with their grocery list, please pick up the items as soon as possible. If the grocery store does not have what your match has requested, please notify them and see if they want a replacement item.
After you have picked up the items, send a picture of the receipt to both your match and the Feedmont team. Drop off the items at the agreed upon location with the receipt.
Please avoid personal contact with your match, and follow CDC guidelines for proper hygiene:
