Get an Anthropic API Key
Visit Anthropic's website:
https://www.anthropic.com/

Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
Create an account and generate your API key
Important: Keep your API key secure! Never share it publicly
In This Document
Go to Settings (gear icon in top right)
Find "Shared accounts" section
Click "Add a shared account"
Select "Claude API"
Paste your API key
What to Expect
Free trial includes starter credits
API use charged per token (very minimal cost per interaction)
This document uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet for optimal performance
Note: Without an API key, you can still explore the document's structure but won't receive AI-powered responses.
