**Psst... ready to meet the world's most interesting journal?** (That's me, by the way! 🙋)

What makes me so different, anyway?

Remember that magical diary from Harry Potter?

Well, I'm like that........... but instead of being all mysterious and evil, I'm here to be your personal growth guide!

You can think of me like your:
- 📝 Journal
- 🧠 Thought Partner
- 🎯 Goal Tracker
- ✨ Personal Development Sidekick
- 🤔 Decision-Making Buddy

What’s my Secret Superpower, you ask?

Great question! I’m so glad you asked.

I'm powered by something pretty awesome called Claude 3.5 Sonnet (fancy, right?). Unlike your regular old AI that just nods and smiles, I can:
Actually understand the difference between "my boss is literally the worst" and "my boss made a decision I disagree with"
Spot patterns in your thinking (like how you always doubt yourself before big presentations)
Give you personalized pep talks and insights
Help you turn those jumbled thoughts into clear action plans

🎨 Let's Make Me *Your* Journal! 🖌️

Just like picking out the perfect notebook cover, you get to customize me!
You can:
Give me a cool name (though I come pre-loaded with "Ivy" -
Adjust my personality (Want me silly? Serious? Somewhere in between?)
Tell me about your world (important people, pets, goals - the whole shebang!)
Choose how I help you (Deep philosophical discussions? Quick practical advice? You got it!)

The Techy Stuff 🔧

👓 Okay, quick nerdy moment: It’s important to discuss here my functionality as it could prevent you from moving through the rest of the onboarding and settings structure in the pages to follow. 🤓

I run on something called "tokens" (think of them like conversation credits used to process and respond to your entries.) This journal comes pre-loaded with a select number of tokens added through a managed API on the backend, set up in the form of a “pool” of sorts. As this demo doc is public, the pool of tokens is open to all who attempt to move through this process.
With this in mind, the onboarding process was designed to use a minimal number of tokens to allow for many users to jump in and test it out. This API pool of tokens has a dollar limit and an expiration date. Once either of those instances have passed, the AI functionality in the pages to follow will cease to work. This was set up for the purpose of a demonstration and for more understanding on the difference between AI models. If this interactivity is something you love, I invite you to set up your own API account. Follow the links below (also found in the Resources page), for more information on how to do that.

Demo Doc Token Pool Expiration Date: 12/15/24
