This doc is an IN PROGRESS employee handbook ー right now it is a rough outline as our team is still in progress curating the content.

Please feel free to copy to use the structure and acknowledgement tracking capabilities.

Acknowledgement tracking
: Each page has a button at the bottom which adds or modifies a row in the
table for the given user, noting that they have read that section with Name / Date / Timestamp. Buttons are disabled when the user acknowledges the section and the final acknowledgement button is only enabled when all other sections have been marked as read.

Note that the establishment is referred to as “Restaurant”. Don’t worry, ours has a better name than that in real life.
