Supporting colleagues to reflect and learn as we go
Throughout the process we would be able to provide an external sounding board for colleagues, to offer reactive support, coaching, encouragement and inspiration when needed.
We would start this process by hosting a reflection session on 1st February for colleagues to design reflective learning questions. They would develop these for themselves personally, i.e “As we start the new strategy, what do I personally want to learn over the next 6 month, year, 5 years….and secondly, questions for the Foundation, i.e “What do we want the Foundation as a whole to learn over the net 6 months, year, 5 years…
These questions can then provide a framework for optional drop-in sessions/surgeries every few weeks where colleagues can come and discuss these, get support and advice etc as work begins to start.
These approaches provide a clear and logical process to work through what might seem overwhelming or complex to some colleagues, especially when many are very busy managing existing work.
We hope the whole project and 4 clear work streams provide reassurance and a clear journey for colleagues to go on with us at Impact Works Associates, to bring the new strategy to life.
At the workshop on 1st February we would:
Give an overview of the strategy development work to refresh colleagues and bring new colleagues up to speed
Give an overview of this project and the role they can play in ti
Run the Reflective learning session outlined above
