These are some of the questions that can pop up in every employee's mind when first hearing about automation, just like Arden, a Customer Service Executive for a home appliance company, XYZ Inc. But in a short time, Arden turned from automation nonbeliever to Automation Champion!
Their transformation began when their department was selected for the automation pilot project. Initially, the team experienced a mix of hesitation and curiosity, which is expected with major changes. However, as you'll see, that changed fairly quickly.
