Our project doc is designed to centralize an entire project story in a single document - from kickoff to marketing to scorecard narrative learnings. This doc should grow as the project continues, and should be an up-to-date repository for all information about a project.
To Use This Doc
Copy the doc using the dropdown menu in the document title Rename your doc using the titling structure [Concept Name] Project Name Sections

Project Management
: Documents decisions made throughout the course of the project, why they were made, and who decided. Includes launch calendar, positioning, channel progress tracker, and customer journey. : Shows when every channel is going live. Used for managing timeline day of launch. : Approved customer-facing language used to describe feature. : Area for PMM to manage underlying data. Checkpoint Communications:
Templates for the emails sent to communicate a release to the broader company. Store the text of your emails here. There are also templates used to report insights and actions once a project has launched, based on scorecard metrics.
