After your project

1. Filling in the participants report

After your project you will receive an automatically generated participant report. It is important that you fill it in within 1 week as it is a condition for you to get your travel reimbursement. As well it is important feedback for us and for the host organisation. Therefore we ask you to mention what was working and what would you like to see improved in the future.

2. Travel reimbursement

Once you have completed the participant report you just need to provide your tickets in a way it is request

by the host organisation in case they are reimbursing you.

The payment will be done to your bank account soon.

3. Follow-up, continue your learning process

We are committed to support more and more young people to participate in volunteering projects or training opportunities. Therefore we are organizing events where we will invite you to talk about your volunteering experience and encourage other young people to embark on similar journey.
