2. Registration to a volunteering project
For your convenience we have a Placement Tool where you can search among the available volunteering projects. Use the given options to narrow down the search according to your preference.
Select up to three projects and put it in your “Backpack”
Click on “Apply”
Indicate the projects in order of your priority. Put the project you like to most for the first priority, then the second, etc.
Fill in the required fields and then “Review” your application
If everything is correct click on “Send application”
You will be redirected to a page where it asks you to pay registration fee. If you apply to an ESC project, please skip this step. You are not required to pay any registration fee. We receive your application without paying.
What’s next?
We will quickly check your application and forward it to the hosting partner. They have 3-4 working days to decide if the accept your application or reject. In any case you will receive an e-mail about the result of their decision. If you have selected more projects, we will send your application automatically to the Priority 2 project.
Once you are accepted to a project we will notify you by e-mail.
3. Accepting the offer
If your application for a project was successful, the "hosting organization" will send you an official offer in the ESC database. You have to accept this so that your profile is officially linked to the right project and can be managed and financed accordingly.
4. Count your ESC volunteering time (max. 12 months in total)
