3) Market & Industry Positioning

We compete in the transformation+skills edge of personal development.
We train influence & communication (not just public speaking), with experiential coaching and on‑stage practice—not videos alone.
We teach a “profile economy” mindset—people follow people, not logos—so clients learn to lead with their personal brand, story, and authority frameworks.
Distinction we often make for fit: Professional Speaker (paid to speak at closed events) vs Public Speaker (sells coaching/programs to public audiences).
Software edge: SB CRM. Our all‑in‑one platform for speakers/coaches combines CRM, funnels, LMS/memberships, email/SMS, scheduling, reputation, social planner and more—so clients can build the “one‑to‑many” business.

9) Frequently Asked Questions (and how to answer)

Important: Keep answers factual and policy‑aligned. Avoid over‑promising. Where a claim depends on a variable (dates/locations/cohorts), say “Check your confirmation email or the event calendar” and/or escalate to your team lead.
Q1) What exactly happens over the 3 days?A: You’ll experience a coached, experiential bootcamp: orientation, Gallup Strengths, ACF structure, Storyshowing, offer Packaging, on‑camera training, and coached practice leading into a final showcase. Expect stage time, personalized feedback, a professional photoshoot, and a recorded talk you can use post‑event.
Q2) Is it in‑person or online?A: Both delivery modes run across the year. Your enrolment confirmation will show your dates, location/Zoom details, and call times.
Q3) What do I get after Bootcamp?A: Access to the 12‑week phase plus Speakers Tribe community access (as described for your cohort) and continued application of ACF/WHY/TOGGLE frameworks in your talks.
Q4) Do I get a certificate?A: Certificates may be issued; Speakers Institute is non‑accredited; our focus is skills and transformation, not formal qualifications.
Q5) Is travel included?A: No—travel and accommodation are not included.
Q6) What if I need to change my date or I miss my event?A: Within 7 days of your event or if you no‑show, a transfer/no‑show fee applies (PBC live $200 AUD; PBC online $200 AUD; 1DI $50 AUD; Advanced Bootcamp $200 AUD) and is charged each time a date is changed or missed.
Q7) What’s your refund policy?A: There is a 7‑day cooling‑off period from signing. If you cancel within 7 days, you’ll be refunded minus the non‑refundable deposit (which covers bonuses like books, training videos, 6‑month Speakers Tribe, Gallup Strengths, and LMS). After 7 days, no refunds apply. Payment plan exceptions may be granted only for terminal illness or extreme financial hardship, with documentation.
Q8) Can I pay by instalments?A: Yes. Payment plans require a card on file; first payment is taken at application. If payments fail, merchant fees may apply; if a card is cancelled, SI may invoice for the balance. Over‑30‑day arrears may trigger interest, credit reporting, and debt assignment to collection agencies.
Q9) What makes PBC different from Toastmasters or online courses?A: Coached, experiential transformation—live stage time, curated feedback, frameworks (ACF/WHY/TOGGLE), filming, and community proximity—rather than self‑study alone.
Q10) How is PBC different from Protégé / Speaker Business / KSR?A:
PBC: 12‑week foundation; find voice, story, and confidence; live bootcamp + post support.
Protégé (12 months): bigger, blended pathway (1:1 + group + events + 600 hours modules); deeper mastery & profile outcomes; requires PBC first.
Speaker Business (12 weeks): building a speaking‑led business (traffic, rooms, closing, high‑ticket), SB CRM included; ends with Advanced Bootcamp.
KSR (7 days): premium, done‑for‑you branding + keynote assets + sizzle reel; cohort of 12; locations: Bali, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Greek Islands.
Q11) Is there any “income guarantee”?A: Speaker Business (not PBC) references a post‑course, 12‑month income milestone clause in program docs; students who don’t hit a stated threshold after completing the course may claim a refund (per documented terms). This is not part of PBC.
Q12) Will I get booked to speak after PBC?A: We don’t guarantee bookings (markets vary), but PBC provides world‑class frameworks, filmed assets, and coaching that many graduates leverage into paid work, TEDx talks, books, and programs. Outcomes are individual (skill application, offer, market).
Q13) Where can I learn more about closing from stage or building an offer?A: Use our internal playbooks: Blueprint to Close Any Audience, 5 Steps to Get Paid Speaking Engagements, How to Nail a Killer Presentation.

10) Compliance Reminders (for reps & setters)

Always sell within current internal price menu and commission policy.
Do not promise outcomes beyond documented program claims.
Quote policies exactly (7‑day cooling off; deposit non‑refundable; transfer/no‑show fees; travel not included).
Distinguish PBC from Protégé/Speaker Business/KSR clearly.
SI is non‑accredited; focus on skills, assets, and transformation.

11) Known Unknowns / Items We Couldn’t Verify from the Web Links

speakersinstitute.com uses JS; our browser couldn’t render full pages; we relied on official internal documents and the public T&Cs.
si.checkmateclosers.com (PBC landing/sales page) required JS; page info not retrievable in our environment.
Dropbox folders for online events were accessible but contents weren’t retrievable in this browser.
Google Docs (playbooks) loaded but text content wasn’t fully parsed here; use them directly for the exact copy and diagrams.
If you need any missing specifics (e.g., next city/date, venue address, or event start/end times for your region), ask your PM/Event Manager or check the master runsheet for your cohort.

TL;DR for Sellers

PBC = 12 weeks starting with a 3‑day bootcamp that builds clarity, confidence, and story‑driven influence—with stage time, filmed talk, photos, and frameworks (ACF/WHY/TOGGLE).
Current internal pricing: PIF $5,485; BUY NOW $4,485; BUY ON CALL $3,985; PIF ON CALL $3,485 (on‑call payment only). Financing (Splitit) adds 15% fee; commissions on net after fee. (Internal commercial policy you provided.)
Policies: 7‑day cooling off; deposit non‑refundable (covers bonuses); no refunds after 7 days; transfer/no‑show fees; travel not included.
Escalate when unsure; never over‑promise—point to policy and the program documents.
