The Process

While in actual practice the process is iterative, going through multiple divergent and convergent cycles to create a desirable, feasible and viable solution.

To facilitate learning we have used a sequential process going through STEPS across 4 PHASES of the Double Diamond Model. Treat each phase as an action learning lab, where you practice and play with design tools and apply it to your innovation challenge.
