In this phase you will share what you have learned with each other; make sense of the vast amount of notes, photos, impressions, quotes, experiences, stories, learnings and hunches you have gathered; uncover themes; isolate key ideas and reveal opportunities for design.
The define phase is all about synthesising raw data and creating a collage of meaningful, usable knowledge.
