Templates should be reviewed from the top to the bottom (from the oldest to the newest submitted).

Design

Design is checked by Videobolt's in-house designer. Also, Template Groups at the end of the process must be made for Horizontal, Vertical, Post and Square versions.

Audio

Audio is for Audio Engineers. Audio is replaced inside the editor by adding it to a placeholder and hitting Replace audio on all themes. Make sure to check the Audio on the template review page when it’s done.

Meta

Meta is for Marketeers, which write Template Info and Template Tags. After filling all fields Meta is saved when it is clicked on the Save Draft button. Make sure to check the Audio on the template review page when it’s done. Useful Copy/Paste Tags buttons can be used to transfer tags from another template. It is a valuable time saver when there are 3 other versions of templates in different aspect ratios. For template names in different aspects, use the same name with suffixes:” - Horizontal”,” - Vertical”,” - Post” and ” - Square”.
It is important to have the description fully filled, because, recommended tags will be using it.

Review

If the Design is checked, the Reviewers can start with the review of the template by locking it in by pressing a Review Button on the right.
