After checking the functionality of the template inside the editor, the finishing step for the Reviewer is to check Ready Editor on the template review page.

Soft Reject

When something is wrong with the template and it needs to be updated you can soft reject it. -Select problems from the list of problems.

-You can send image links via services like ShareX for fast screen shoot sharing. -If the problem is visible inside Debug Videos, you can click the Copy URL button from the test videos to the Reviewer Message with an explanation of the problem itself.

When you run the software, you can see shorcuts. Most used are Ctrl + Print Screen for Photos. You can later paste copied links to the Image Links inside Rejection window.

After Capture Tasks settings are following:

Open Image in Editor will allow you to highlight some graphics. Upload the image to the host will upload the image online so the image can be available to authors.

Inside After Upload Tasks, the important setting is Copy URL, so you can paste it.

When an image is copied you can paste it inside the Image links and by pressing enter you can add it to the Soft Rejection E-mail. You can add multiple images and delete by pressing ‘X’.
