Meta consists of a Template Name and Template Description.
Template Name has copy/paste buttons useful for other template aspects or for packs.
Fix Button will fix any spelling issues and properly add format suffixes and numbering without zeroes.
Horizontal format can be named without the suffix “ - Horizontal”. Fix Button adds properly for other formats if needed. (“ - Vertical”,“ - Post”,“ - Square”)
We should not rename templates, some external links may break. (blog links for example)
Template Description has copy/paste buttons also.
Descriptions can be the same on templates from aspect or pack group but if possible or needed, they can be different.
There is an Animation Description that is provided by Motion Graphics Designer that describes animation and it is written in the Template Description field.
Clicking AI Meta Generator will open up a dialog for generating new Template Names and Template Descriptions, from which you can pick the best.
Two things are automatically picked like Aspect ratio and Output Type.
Output Type is Motion Graphics when the video is not a whole product, like Transparent Videos, Lowerthirds, Backgrounds... Ready to publish are videos like Slideshows, Intros...
Keywords are words that you would really like to have somewhere inside the description. (Type then press Enter to add them)
Use Case is multipurpose for a majority of the videos, but for the desings specifically created for something you can type differently. Like If graphics are all about Football/Soccer inside some grass stadion, you can type Sport.
Picking different names will fill in new names in the description.
When you click Submit at the end, the name and description will update, also, we will generate new suggested tags because they are generated by description and name info.
It is important to click Save Button at the end to save Meta.

Extra:
-Sometimes template updates will overwrite generated descriptions with animation descriptions and you will need to copy the old one from the template page.
-Please select the meta checkbox before or after clicking the Save button.
-Try to be quick, usually, the first description is the best, but look for some potential offensive words.
-Sometimes aspect ratio will be written like this: ‘16:9’ and if you find it ugly, you can delete it and rewrite sentence.
