Chronic Disease Management Program (CDMP)
The CDMP allows patients with complex chronic conditions to use up to $700 of MediSave per patient yearly to offset the cost of their treatment. Patients who are Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) cardholders, Pioneer Generation cardholders, or Merdeka Generation cardholders can also receive more subsidies. The CDMP is available at public hospitals, Specialist Outpatient Clinics, polyclinics, and more than 1,250 GP clinics and private specialist clinics around Singapore. Polyclinics under the National Healthcare Group provide assessment, counselling, and psychotherapy for individuals of all age groups. A referral from a doctor or GP is needed to access the psychology services. According to an enquiry made in October 2020, the subsidized fee per session was $20 - $30. You may approach the clinic counter staff, or contact their hotline at 6355 3000 for more information.

You may walk into the IMH Hospital at any time and wait to be seen by a doctor if you are at immediate risk of hurting yourself. Inpatient psychology services primarily serve women who have psychological concerns caused and/or aggravated by their medical conditions. The outpatient psychology clinic helps women with a variety of health and mental health concerns. The psychology service also treats children and adolescents between 7 - 16 years of age. To make an appointment with a psychologist, you first need to be seen by a medical doctor or psychiatrist at KKH.
