This is a confidential conversation with qualified mental health professionals to discuss your mental health concerns and recommendations for professional help.
SOS offers counselling for individuals going through a suicide crisis or who have just experienced a suicide loss. They also host a suicide bereavement support group for those who have lost a loved one or someone they knew to suicide.
Silver Ribbon offers complimentary counselling, during which you can share your personal struggles and find out more about mental health issues. Their trained staff will then recommend appropriate treatment if necessary.
Offline counselling sessions are conducted at one of their three branches. Online counselling sessions are conducted via Zoom or over the phone.
Free counselling sessions with counselling trainees who are fulfilling their practicum hours to be licensed by the Singapore Association for Counselling. All the counselling trainees are under clinical supervision.
All sessions are run over Zoom.

Hear Buds — A confidential 40-minute session with a trained listener during which you can confide in them. Sessions can be held over video call, voice call, or text messaging.
Career Guides — A 45-minute career guidance session.
The University Counselling Centre provides counselling for NTU students only.
The first counselling session usually takes about 90 minutes. After the initial discussion, you and your counsellor may decide on one of the options: (a) additional counselling sessions, (b) to refer you to alternate services, or (c) no further counselling.
If further discussions are needed, each session may take 60 minutes.
You and your counsellor will determine how often sessions will be held.
The University Counselling Services (UCS) provides counselling for NUS students only.
Short-term counselling for individuals and couples are provided.
UCS provides a 24-hour hotline for life-threatening psychological emergencies at 6516 7777.
Before your first session, you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire (regarding what you’d like to discuss during session, your targets, etc.)
During your first session, you and your counsellor will determine your needs and collectively decide a treatment plan to work towards. The number of counselling sessions required varies.
At the end of every session, there will be an evaluation to track your mood changes before and after session.
The Women’s Care Centre counsellors provide counselling for women above 21 years of age. However, exceptions are made for clients referred by the Sexual Assault Care Centre.

Fees
If your monthly salary is $3,000 and above, the fee for each session is 2% of your salary.
If you are not working or your monthly salary is below $3,000, you will be charged a flat fee of $35 per session.
The Counselling Fee Subsidy Scheme (CFSS) is for Singaporeans/PRs whose gross monthly income is below $10,000.
The subsidies provided will be determined through means testing. The counselling fee, after subsidy, will be adjusted to a range between $40 - $150 per hour.

Individual counselling subsidies are available for Singaporeans/PRs (a) earning a gross monthly income below $6,000 and (b) staying in a HDB flat. The subsidized rate per hour ranges from $40 - $140.
Couple / Family counselling subsidies are available for Singaporeans/PRs (a) earning a combined gross monthly income below $8,000 and (b) staying in a HDB flat. The subsidized rate per hour ranges from $80 - $160.

Without subsidies, fees for Singaporeans/PRs are $160 per hour for individual counselling and $180 per hour for couple / family counselling.
For Saturday counselling sessions, fees are $180 per hour for individual counselling and $200 per hour for couple / family counselling. Subsidies do not apply for Saturday sessions.
If you would like to request for a specific counsellor, there is a fixed fee of $180 per hour for individual counselling and $200 per hour for couple / family counselling.
For foreigners, fees are $180 per hour for individual counselling and $200 per hour for couple / family counselling.
The clinic offers clinical psychology services to JCUS students and the public. Services are offered to children (0 - 17 years old) and adults (18 years old and above).
You don’t need to obtain a referral from a professional or an agency to make an appointment.
Children (17 years old and below) need parental consent to access services at the clinic. Their parent will have to contact the clinic first to provide information and consent.
New clients are required to attend their first 2 appointments in person at the clinic. After that, they can choose to receive online therapy instead.
Services are provided by intern clinical psychologists from the JCUS Master of Psychology (Clinical) program. They are closely supervised by clinical supervisors, who are registered and experienced clinical psychologists.
The hourly rate for therapy is $25. The standard rate for assessment is $300 (all inclusive). The clinic offers a discount or fee waiver for clients who meet the household income eligibility.
You may apply for The Zen Dylan Koh Fund, which works in collaboration with Limitless to offer subsidized counselling for youths. Apply on their website
For Singaporeans and PRs, the first session is free of charge (applicable only for clients new to O’Joy). For subsequent sessions, fees for each session ranges from $80 - $180. Subsidies can be made available depending on your financial situation.
For clients who are not Singaporean or PRs, the counselling fee is $180/session including the first session.
Fees range from $80 - $120 per hour based on REACH’s means-testing on per household income. Special rates are available for students, subject to terms and conditions. A peak hour surcharge of $20 is applicable on Monday evenings (6pm - 9pm).
